1. Agreement to terms

By accessing GraniteWave Nexus (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Courses and certificates

We provide educational content for Business Intelligence. We do not guarantee job placement or specific business outcomes. Certificates confirm course completion but are not accredited degrees.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Unless otherwise stated, self-paced courses offer a 7-day refund window if less than 20% of content is consumed. Cohort fees are refundable until 7 days before the start date.

5. License to content

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased content for personal or internal business education. You may not share, resell, or publicly distribute course materials without permission.

6. Acceptable use

• No unauthorized access, scraping, or reverse engineering.
• No content infringement or misuse of trademarks.
• No use of the Service for unlawful or harmful activities.

7. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and logos are the property of GraniteWave Nexus or its licensors. You may not use our marks without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GraniteWave Nexus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the site or email.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
